1. How do I purchase a gift certificate?
To send a digital gift certificate, the person you are sending it to must have an email address. You can purchase a gift certificate (non-transferable) online here. If the person does not have an email address, then you can also order a gift certificate off-line using the Mail/Fax Order Form or by calling customer service at (812) 345-1558 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST. Please be sure to include your Optional Gift Message.

2. How are gift certificates sent?
If you order a gift certificate online you or the person you are sending the gift certificate to will receive an email with a printable a gift certificate attached (html format) and your redemption key. The redemption key is a code that you can enter when checking out of the online store to redeem your gift certificate.

Gift certificates ordered offline will be printed on heavy stock and sent via standard First Class United States Postal Service.

3. What are the shipping and handling charges for gift certificates?
We do not charge any shipping or handling fees for gift certificates unless you need your certificate express shipped. Please contact our customer service department via email (customerservice@dutchflatsart.com) or phone (812-345-1558) for additional information regarding two-day or overnight shipping fees.

4. How long does it take for my gift certificate to arrive?
Gift certificates ordered online will be emailed immediately. Our offline gift certificate delivery time averages between 5 to 7 business days from the time your order has been processed.

5. Will I receive a notification when my gift certificate has been sent?
Please provide a valid email and/or mailing address when ordering and we send you a shipping confirmation via email or mail when your gift certificate has been sent.

6. What if my recipient's purchase is less than the gift certificate amount?
If your gift recipient does not use his or her entire certificate amount, we will keep the remaining balance on file so that it can readily be applied toward future purchases.

7. Can my recipient exchange his/her gift certificate for cash?
No. Dutch Flats Wildlife Art Gallery's gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash, transferred to another party, or refunded.

8. When do gift certificates expire?
Dutch Flats Wildlife Art Gallery's gift certificates remain active for five years. At the end of the five years, the remaining balance may be renewed by contacting customerservice@dutchflatsart.com.
