Spot Sketch:
A quick sketch in early May of the Dutch Flats area.
The drawings are T.W.
Richards' original artwork. The majority of his body
of work was created in the field while observing a variety
of animal subjects in their natural setting.
The prints are made using
archival ink printed on a high-quality archival paper
with a life of 100 or more years. The ink-paper combination
will preserve the prints' original brilliance. Each
of T.W. Richards' limited edition fine art prints are
signed and numbered by the artist.

"...hundreds
of hours of observation have resulted in a rewarding
though informal education. Hours, days, and weeks spent
with a binocular, spotting scope, and sketch pad have
given me priceless hours to study animal forms. I have
watched them in every season, in a variety of lighting
conditions, and in all types of weather. Big bucks,
in particular, will continue to intrigue me with their
grace of carriage and movement as well as their strength
of form in space."
